I was tasked by my friend Mirko Bartolini to create a concept of an abandoned overgrown mall, sort of reminiscent of the one in The Last Of Us, and provided with a blockout he made in Unreal, as the base of his level, we then collaborated on both the composition and architecture of the mall, i then provided an early sketch, we later decided to make the tree in the main hall smaller and the whole scene more overgrown, you can see here the whole process, some of the shots i prepared for different points of view, and how it evolved over time.
